Mrs. Leonard’s is an old, stone cotters' cottage that we restored to become a simple open-plan living space. It has a kitchen with hob, oven, fridge and coffee machine; a sitting room, including a log-burning stove, at one end; and a comfy-cosy double bed, and en-suite shower & toilet with underfloor heating is at the other.
Outside there is a private south-facing garden with picnic table that looks out over the long white stretch of Corran Sands towards the village of Craighouse across Small Isles Bay.
There is wood-fired hot tub, an electric sauna for two and a cold-water outdoor shower; great to wash off a hot day, to refresh after the sauna or before taking a long soak in the tub as the sun goes down. Later, you can switch on the fairy-lights for a late night supper, stargazing and chats around the fire bowl.
